》What Remains of Edith Finch》是一系列诡异的故事，讲述了华盛顿州一个家族的种种怪谈。

玩家扮演的 Edith 将进入 Finch 家族的大宅调查家族历史，试图弄明白为什么她是这个家族最后一个活着的人。在这个过程中，一个又一个故事被揭开。这些故事的年代从遥远的过去跨越至今，每揭开一个故事，玩家都会体验到一名新的家族成员在死亡当日的生活。

该游戏的玩法和故事格调非常多变，每次变换一名家族成员，就变换一种风格。唯一不变的是第一人称视角，而且每个故事都以家族成员死亡收尾。

最终，游戏会让玩家体验到，被我们周围广阔的未知世界所折服和震惊是怎样一种感受。

本作由 Giant Sparrow 出品，该团队也是第一人称绘画游戏《The Unfinished Swan》的开发者。
